Arbour Park - ‘Seed’ Film

Arbour Park is a boutique residential development, designed by Ellenberg Fraser and inspired by the nearby parkland of Surrey Hills.

To market the residences it was decided that a series of videos would be released to interested buyers along various stages of the sales track.

Our approach was to focus on the bespoke artisan touches within the residences, the craft and the detail.

The first film we created was ‘Seed’ - The story of how Melbourne glassblower Mark Douglas was engaged by the developer to create custom pendant lighting inspired by the gumnut seed of the Eucalypt species.

The second film we captured was more conventional. We profiled interior designer Emma Nunan of Ellenberg Fraser, focusing on the level of detail and materiality within the residences.
